Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Andrew Brockman DBA Build Like A Business ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Florida, United States at Jacksonville, FL.

We operate the website https://myreputationhub.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

Build Like A Business provides done-for-you real estate agent systems including CRM, AI follow-up, review automation, lead nurture, pipeline management, website, funnels, and related technology services delivered through GoHighLevel sub-accounts.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Andrew Brockman DBA Build Like A Business, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends transactional and marketing messages to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications from Build Like A Business through our website at https://myreputationhub.com, via our scheduling forms, contact forms, or lead capture tools. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Non-marketing messages may include onboarding updates, scheduling confirmations, system notifications, and customer support communications. Marketing messages may include program announcements, special offers, tool updates, and promotional communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to andrew@buildlikeabusiness.com or call (904) 338-2901 during business hours.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and interaction with our systems. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

8. Privacy Policy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://myreputationhub.com/privacy.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

Subscription and Billing Terms

1. Subscription Plans: Build Like A Business offers monthly subscription plans for Solo and Team customers. Current pricing, features, and any optional add-ons are shown at https://myreputationhub.com/pricing. Optional implementation, website, or IDX-related add-ons may be offered separately at checkout or by written agreement.

2. Recurring Billing: By subscribing to any plan, you authorize Build Like A Business to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your system through the end of the paid period.

4. No Refunds: All sales are final. No partial or full refunds will be provided for any reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing.

5. Data Export: You may export your contacts and data from your system at any time prior to cancellation. Upon cancellation, your sub-account will be deactivated and data may not be recoverable.

6. Third-Party Services: Certain add-ons and integrations (including but not limited to IDX) are billed separately by their respective providers. Build Like A Business is not responsible for billing, pricing, or terms of third-party services.

Individual results will vary based on market conditions, effort, experience, and other factors. Build Like A Business does not guarantee specific income, lead generation, review counts, or business outcomes. The systems provided are tools — results depend on the user's implementation and market.

General Terms

1. Intellectual Property Rights: The Content and Marks on the Services are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Representations: By using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age, will not use the Services for any illegal purpose, and will provide accurate information.

3. Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized use of the Services, data mining, reselling or redistributing system templates or automations, and harassment.

4. System Usage: Your Build Like A Business sub-account is for your use only (or your team's use on a Team plan). You may not share access credentials, resell system access, or redistribute any automations, workflows, or templates provided as part of your membership.

5. Governing Law: These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

6. Dispute Resolution: Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
