Billing Terms

1. Recurring Billing Authorization

By purchasing any service from Local Reputation Hub, you authorize Andrew Brockman DBA Build Like A Business to charge your credit card on a monthly recurring basis for the agreed-upon subscription amount until cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide 30 days written notice to cancel any subscription or service. Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@myreputationhub.com. Your service will continue through the end of the final 30-day period following your cancellation notice.

3. No Refund Policy

All setup fees and monthly subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer partial or full refunds for any reason. No exceptions.

4. AI Service Usage Fees

For services including the AI Voice Agent and Website Chat Widget, additional AI token and usage fees (such as call minutes and SMS segments) apply. These fees are billed at cost through GoHighLevel and are separate from your monthly subscription fee.

5. Price Changes

Andrew Brockman DBA Build Like A Business reserves the right to modify pricing for any service. In the event of a price change, we will provide you with 30 days advance written notice before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Third-Party Platform Fees

Services are delivered in part through GoHighLevel (GHL). Customers acknowledge and accept that additional fees may be passed through at cost including but not limited to: AI token usage, A2P 10DLC messaging fees, phone number provisioning, and any other GHL platform charges. These fees are separate from the monthly subscription and will be billed as incurred.
